The room contains a double bed, a wardrobe and a table. It is perfect for travelers looking for a cheep accommodation in Sofia, for exchange students or young temporary workers.
The location is one of the best in Sofia. The district is quiet and green, but the infrastructure is very good. The tram is 50 m away and the nearest metro station is only 5 min away. You can easily reach the city center by walk for 10-15 minutes and the biggest park in Sofia is only 5 min away from the flat.
The price for a single person per night is EUR 15 / EUR 200 per month.
Couples stay for EUR 20 per night / EUR 300 per month.
